Balcony Advantange makes this proven institutional strategy available to select private clients. By generating solar investment tax credits (ITC) and depreciation expense, our clients are able to offset both active and passive income and mitigate federal and state taxes. They also enjoy predictable, long-term yield in the form of electricity payments from the solar assets they own.
